Mr. Back is part of the municipal bond trading team.  Prior to Tower Bay, Mr. Back traded municipal bonds on the Arb desk at Citigroup for four years.  As a Vice President of trading, he focused on high grade tax-exempt municipal bonds.  Mr. Back began his career at Citigroup in the derivatives space and was a graduate of the Markets program.  Mr. Back earned a dual degree with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
